All products at Hues by Sarah are handmade and made to order.

Orders are processed within 5–8 business days before shipping.

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 6–7 business days (India).

Shipping Rates:

India:

A standard shipping fee of ₹79 applies to all orders within India.

We offer free shipping on orders above ₹399.

International:

International shipping is charged at a standard rate of ₹1700.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Returns & Shipping Issues:

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, repeated delivery attempts, or customer unavailability, we are unable to issue a refund for shipping charges. Re-shipping charges may apply.
