About me

Hi! My name is Sarah. I’m a 24-year-old small business owner with a lifelong love for art. Some of my earliest memories are of me creating at just six years old, sketching, painting, and knowing deep down that art was always going to be a part of who I am. Although I always dreamed of pursuing it, my parents were initially hesitant and encouraged me to choose a more conventional path.

I stepped away from art for a while and moved to Canada to study law, where I earned good grades but slowly realized that success on paper didn’t equal happiness. The stress eventually took a toll on my health, and returning to India became a turning point. With my parents’ support, I found my way back to what I truly loved. I applied to art schools in Singapore and was fortunate enough to be accepted into both programs, but due to circumstances, I had to turn those opportunities down.

After facing setbacks and moments of doubt, I decided to build something of my own “Hues by Sarah”. What began as a leap of faith has grown into my dream of creating functional, wearable art through one-of-a-kind charms, mini sculptures, and accessories, while continuing to express myself through painting. My hope is to grow “Hues by Sarah” into my little art empire and to keep evolving, learning, and falling in love with art all over again.
